Signature Suites Edmonton House has been designated as the Host Hotel of the Telus University Cup CIS Men’s Hockey Championship and all teams will stay there during the championship. Conference room blocks have been set aside for participating teams. Please do not contact the hotel until you have qualified for the Championship.

In addition to EDMONTON HOUSE SUITE HOTEL, CAMPUS TOWER SUITE HOTEL is available for non-participating coaches, athletes, family, fans, sponsors, etc. if there are no rooms available at Edmonton House. Please take note of the locations of the various functions as well as the amenities that the properties have to offer before you make your reservation. Please specify that you are attending the TELUS University Cup when making your reservation.

The agreed upon rate schedule (excluding taxes, with all rooms net non-commissionable) is:
• $89.00 per room night – single to triple occupancy
• $99.00 per room night - quadruple occupancy

In recognition of the needs of the teams the hotels will offer the following late checkout policy SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY:
• Extended Checkout – at no extra charge – to 1600 hours (4pm)
• Day room rates – of $25 per room plus taxes – for checkouts after 1600 hours prior to 1800 hours
• Full daily rental rates will apply for departures after 1800 hours (6pm)

VEHICLE RENTAL & TRANSPORTATION

Driving Force is our preferred car rental company for the Championship.

- 15 passenger van: $75.00 per day, 100 free KM (extra KM= .15 per km)
- 7 passenger mini van: $49.00 per day, unlimited KM

Team Transportation:
A dedicated travel coach will be provided for all teams flying in to Edmonton. The coach will meet each team at the Edmonton International Airport upon arrival and will be dedicated to that team each day throughout the tournament. The travel coach will also take each team back to the airport for departure.

The travel coach will be available throughout each day for practices, team meals, games, etc.

An equipment van will also meet you upon arrival to transport your equipment directly to the university. Please arrange for trainers, equipment personnel and/or several players to accompany the van to the University for unloading.

Shuttle service will be available between the university and hotel "on-demand" from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Any requests for 'other' transportation services will be considered on an individual basis by the Transportation Coordinator and Organizing Committee.
