CIS bronze: No. 1 Carabins edge rival Laval for bronze
FREDERICTON - Two-time CIS player of the year Laetitia Tchoualack had 28 kills and 17 digs to lead the No. 1-seeded Montreal Carabins to a five-set bronze-medal win over the No. 6 Laval Rouge et Or (22-25, 25-19, 25-21, 21-25, 15-10) Saturday afternoon at the 2009 CIS women's volleyball championship. -

Consolation final: No. 3 Spartans come back to finish fifth
